Amanda Clement-Robinson
Being born in England, in the "Oldest Recorded Town" of Colchester, I have always loved history. After graduating from Winchester School of Art with a BA(Hons) Textiles Degree, I began my career as an Artist!

We are constantly reminded of our past through buildings, ruins and artefacts that surround our everyday lives. I like to interpret these elements in a new, modern and fun way for the viewer.

I like to work on different textured papers, surfaces and silks using all sorts of art mediums and processes to create highly detailed illustrations; pieces of art.

My commissions range from private, to public pieces. Two hand painted silk tapestries are displayed at Braintree Town Hall and another also at County Hall, Chelmsford, Essex.

I have exhibited in Solo and joint exhibitions throughout East Anglia and a member of CAS ( Colchester Art Society).
